Why as an AE Admin I am not able to manage team members?

In case as an AE Administrator you are not able to manage your team members, check these things:

  1. You and your team member has the same Company (E.g ACME) setup in fcehome.intel.com. Verify by navigating to fcehome.intel.com>Users>”search user”>Edit>details

2. You have AE admin role on the project (Example: F34 P127x TI). You can verify your role from ‘My profile’ section on

fcehome.intel.com. Roles are specific to projects. User must have an AE Admin role in the project to manage other team members within the project.
