Download Grid Data from Stakeholder Master

Overview

The Stakeholder Master Grid is a structured framework that captures essential tool data from POR, facilitating easy access and analysis. It contains a wide range of information related to stakeholders and tools.

Downloading Grid Data in Excel Format:

Downloading grid data in Excel format is a simple process. User has 3 options:

  1. Export All groups

  2. Export as per group- Only for users with Admin Permissions

  3. Export based on group/Role for each tool.

Export All Groups​

  1. Go to https://fcehome.intel.com

  2. Navigate to ‘Stakeholder Master’.

  3. Here, select the project in ‘Projects’. Then click on ‘Export All’ button. It will download all the tools data and groups in excel format.

Export as per Group- Only for Users with Admin Permissions​

  1. Go to https://fcehome.intel.com

  2. Navigate to ‘Stakeholder Master’.

  3. Click on ‘Update Stakeholders’ button on the left.

  4. Once on ‘update stakeholders’ screen, select project (like Ireland, chandler), date range, group (like Tool Owner, AE Design Lead, Trade Electrical).

  5. Once data is loaded on the grid, right click and a pop up will appear.

  6. On the pop up, click on ‘Export’ and select ‘CSV Export’ or ‘Excel Export’.

Export based on Group for each Tool​

  1. Go to https://fcehome.intel.com

  2. Navigate to ‘Stakeholder Master’.

  3. Click on ‘Action’.

  4. On the dialog box that appear, search role in the ‘search’ box.

  5. Then click on ‘Export to Excel’ button.
