FCEConnect
How does this migration of DCRs from FCEConnect to LSPx impact us?
TOs, ACs, PMs, DCR Chair, and DMs must know the new process for raising and reviewing DCRs in LSPx. Several training sessions have been set up and communications have been sent out. Please contact Eoin O’Dempsey and/or Matthew Yalung if further DCR trainings are required.
In addition, refer to the Training Videos for how to create, view and transition DCRs in the LSPx application.
What happens to my existing DCRs in FCEConnect?
All DCRs will be migrated to LSPx as part of the migration on Wednesday, October 02, 2024. Users will be able to search for and access them from the DCR landing page in LSPx starting from October 02, 2024.
Note: Penang DCR tickets in LSPx will begin with the code PNG. Therefore, users must update the first three letters of the DCR ticket from PEN to PNG (e.g., PEN-100 to PNG-100) when searching for older DCRs in LSPx.
What's happening with SDD in FCEConnect?
This issue type will also be migrated to the FCELSPx application later in 2024. Before migration, necessary communications will be sent out.
